By downloading, installing, or using Vervekore , you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement . This Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between You and Vervekore governing Your use of the Tool, including all features, services, and content provided through the Tool. If You do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, You must not download, install, or use the Tool. Your continued use of the Tool after any modifications to this Agreement shall constitute Your acceptance of the modified terms.
Vervekore is an AI-powered virtual scarf try-on tool. Users upload portrait photos and freely select scarf styles, patterns, materials, wearing methods and sizes. The AI intelligently fits the neck and facial contours, accurately restores the drape, texture and matching atmosphere of the scarf, and presents a natural and realistic try-on effect. It supports one-click generation, HD saving and fast sharing, helping users create elegant, retro and commuting looks easily, bringing a convenient, exquisite and personalized AI virtual try-on experience. The Tool uses only Vervekore’s self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party AI services, data processors, external tools, or third-party APIs . All AI technology powering the Tool is independently developed and maintained by the Company, ensuring complete control over data processing and privacy protection.
You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age or older . The Tool is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Tool, You confirm that You meet this age requirement and that all interactions with the Tool will be responsible and appropriate. The Company does not knowingly allow Users under the age of 18 to download, install, or use the Tool. If the Company becomes aware that a User is under 18 years of age, the Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate that User’s access to the Tool immediately without prior notice, to ensure the protection of minors.
When using the Tool, You agree to comply with the following obligations to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all Users, and to protect the privacy and rights of others:
The Company is committed to protecting Your privacy as a top priority. We strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or any other form of personally identifiable information from Your uploaded photos or device. We use only Vervekore’s self-developed AI services and never use any third-party services for data processing. We never send Your data, photos, try-on results, or any information about Your use of the Tool to any third-party services .
All data processing is completed locally on Your device. Your uploaded photos and generated try-on results are never collected, stored, or used by the Company for any purpose other than providing the virtual try-on service. You have full, exclusive control over all content You upload or generate, and You can delete such content at any time directly from Your device. The Company does not track Your usage habits, record Your browsing history, or collect any device information (such as device model, IP address, operating system, or location) that could identify You individually.
All intellectual property rights in the Tool, including but not limited to the self-developed AI technology, software code, design, logo, text, graphics, and all other content provided through the Tool, are owned exclusively by the Company. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any of the Company’s intellectual property rights without the Company’s prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property rights constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in the Company taking legal action to protect its rights.
You shall not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Tool or interfere with any other User’s use of the Tool. This includes, but is not limited to, using viruses, malware, or other harmful software, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Tool’s systems or data, or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Tool’s functionality. The Company reserves the right to take action against any User who engages in such unauthorized use , including restricting or terminating access to the Tool, without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Tool at any time, without prior notice, if You violate any term of this Agreement, fail to meet the age requirement, or engage in any unauthorized or harmful use of the Tool. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Tool from Your device. Upon termination, all rights granted to You under this Agreement shall cease, and You shall no longer use the Tool or any of its features. Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve You of any liability arising from Your improper use of the Tool prior to termination.
The Tool is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that the try-on results will meet Your expectations. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Your use of the Tool , including but not limited to damages resulting from content uploads, try-on results, or any unauthorized use of the Tool. You agree that You use the Tool at Your own risk.
